How to get a project code

Every scan that is booked in BIU needs a valid project code. This counts both for funded projects and if you want to apply for school-funded scan time.

To obtain a project code, you will need to take certain steps to get BIG committee approval.These can be found on the Ethics flow diagram.

Following BIG Steering Committee approval, you will need to request a project code via the Calpendo system.
